Login to POEMS at www.poems.com.sg > Stocks > Rewards > New Rewards Subscriptions >  Look for Samsung Galaxy Tab GT-P1000, mark the box beside the 90,000 points > Click Submit New at the bottom of the page.

This reward redemption will commence on 6 December 2011, on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.

Terms and Conditions

1. Phillip Securities Pte Ltd’s (“PSPL’s”) decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final and binding on all participants.
2. 90,000 POEMS reward points are required for redemption of One Samsung Galaxy Tab GT-P1000 on Reward page.
3. This promotion is not applicable to corporate account holders.
4. All eligible account holders based on PSPL’s records will only be entitled to ONE Samsung Galaxy Tab GT-P1000 per NRIC/Passport/FIN number, regardless of multiple accounts.
5. Should an eligible individual POEMS account had already redeemed ONE Samsung Galaxy Tab GT-P1000, his/her other individual, and/or joint POEMS account are not eligible to redeem for another Samsung Galaxy Tab GT-P1000 under this promotion.
6. This reward redemption will commence on 6 December 2011, based on first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
7. The Samsung Galaxy Tab can only be collected at the Raffles City Tower office (250 North Bridge Road #06-00 Raffles City Tower Singapore 179101) from 21 Dec 2011 onwards during our opening hours 9am – 6pm, Monday to Friday. Upon redemption on POEMS Rewards page, eligible client will have 1 month's period to collect the Samsung Galaxy Tab.
8. NRIC/Passport/FIN is required for verification upon collection of the Samsung Galaxy Tab GT-P1000.
9. An email notification will be sent out to client upon successful redemption within 5 working days.
10. In the event client is not eligible for the reward item, full 90,000 POEMS Reward Points will be refunded back to the client.
11. In the event of a dispute over the client’s eligibility to participate in this promotion, PSPL’s decision will be final.
12. All employees and agents of PSPL and its associated entities (direct or indirect) and their immediate families (e.g. spouse and children) are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
13. Promotional items are non-transferable, exchangeable nor refundable for cash.
14. PSPL may at its sole discretion at any time substitute or replace with any other item(s) of similar value.
15. PSPL will not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the promotional items. PSPL is not an agent of the merchants(s).
16. Any dispute between the Participant and the merchant(s), in respect of any promotional items shall be resolved directly between the Participant and the merchant(s). PSPL shall not be liable to the Participant for any loss, cost of damages of any kind resulting from the use of the promotional items, and the Participant shall indemnify PSPL for any claims, actions, losses, damages or costs (including legal costs of a full indemnity basis) made against or incurred by PSPL in connection therewith.
17. Notwithstanding anything herein contained, PSPL reserves the right at any time in its absolute discrete to (i) amend, add and / or delete any time of these Terms and Conditions without prior notification (including eligibility and qualifying terms and criteria), and all participants shall be bound by such amendments, additions and / or deletions when effected, or (ii) vary, withdraw, or cancel any items or the promotion without having to disclose a reason there of and without any compensation or payment whatsoever. PSPL’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion shall be final and binding on all participants.
18. By taking part in this promotion, the participant acknowledges that he/she has read and consented to these Terms and Conditions.
